Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I see you're wondering if a member of a Family Sharing group can also be the Organizer for another group. Members of Family Sharing can only be a part of one family group at a time. In your example, User 'B' would have to leave their family group, and then they could become the Organizer for 'SecondFamily.'
